The service and your account
8-sys Company provides SQL Space for authorized users to query their Oracle Cloud Fusion environment through BI Publisher. Use a Personal account for one user or a Company account for a team. Each login belongs to one organization. Organization owners control members, connections and deletion; administrators can manage access within that organization.
Your responsibilities
You must be entitled to access the Fusion environment and the data you query. Do not share login credentials, bypass another organization's access controls, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. You remain responsible for the SQL you run, credentials you provide, report permissions and any personal or confidential data you submit.
Data, suspension and closure
You retain rights to your data. 8-sys Company processes it to provide and secure SQL Space, as described in the Privacy Policy and any executed DPA. Access may be suspended for security incidents or misuse. An owner-requested closure blocks product access immediately and purges live product data after 30 days. Export what you need before requesting closure.
Free pilot and future paid service
The current implementation supports a free pilot. Paymob billing has not been activated; no automatic charges are made. Paid pricing, payment terms and subscription transitions must be finalized and accepted before a paid service is launched.
Items requiring legal agreement before launch
8-sys Company's registered identity and contact details, effective date, governing law, dispute process, warranties, service commitments and any permitted limitation of liability must be reviewed and agreed. This draft does not replace those terms.
