Data Processing Agreement
Draft for legal review. 8-sys Company's public contact address, registered entity details, applicable jurisdiction and legal review are pending. This page is not a finalized contract or compliance certification.
Parties, instructions and scope
This draft is for a customer organization acting as controller and 8-sys Company acting as processor for personal data submitted through SQL Space. Processing consists of transmitting SQL to the customer's Oracle Fusion environment, returning results, hosting saved SQL and service records, producing exports, and maintaining security and recovery. Subjects and data categories depend on the customer's queries and must be identified in the executed agreement. The customer supplies lawful documented instructions and grants.
Processor commitments to finalize
- Process customer data only on documented instructions, including instructions concerning international transfers, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Ensure authorized personnel are bound to confidentiality and apply the technical measures summarized on the Security page.
- Use subprocessors only under the agreed authorization process and equivalent written protection obligations; agree notice and objection procedures for changes.
- Assist, taking account of the nature of processing, with rights requests, security, incident response and relevant impact assessments.
- Notify the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach; agree contact details and the information/assistance process.
- Provide compliance information and support agreed audits and inspections, and inform the customer if an instruction infringes applicable data-protection law.
- On termination, return or delete data as instructed, subject to lawful retention, and apply the documented live-deletion and backup-expiry process.
